Terms / CV-011

The deal,
in plain words.

Early access is free, unfinished, and under your control. Here is what that means in practice.

Status of these terms

CloudValet is operated by its two founding engineers and is pre-launch. These terms describe how we expect to work with early access customers. They are written plainly and have not been through legal review, and a reviewed agreement will replace them before we charge anyone.

Using this website

The site is offered for information. Figures shown in examples, calculators and screenshots are illustrations, not a promise about your bill. Your actual savings depend on your own estate.

Early access

Early access is provided free while we build. Features can change, and we may pause or withdraw access if something is unsafe to run. We will tell you before anything changes in your account.

You keep control of your cloud. CloudValet only performs actions you have configured, on resources you have nominated, and only after you grant rights beyond read only.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorised to connect the cloud accounts you connect, and that you will exclude anything that must not be stopped. Review your parking schedules before enabling them.

Liability while pre-launch

Because early access is free and unfinished, we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. If something goes wrong we will tell you what happened, fix it, and help you recover. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
